Before Your First Ride: Essential Tips
Bike Preparation
Ensure your bike is in good working condition. Bring essential supplies: spare tube, pump, and basic tools for unexpected mechanical issues on the road.
Personal Preparation
Wear appropriate cycling gear with a helmet (mandatory). Arrive 10 minutes early to meet your ride leader. Hydrate well and eat a light breakfast before riding.
Group Etiquette
Familiarize yourself with basic group riding signals and etiquette. Bring money for the traditional post-ride coffee at Two Brothers Cafe where we socialize.
